I notice they've got a 3rd round grade on ex-LSU G Maea Teuhema

Guice and Key are very overrated.

Both looked top 10 last year. Neither look first round worthy to me this year.

I have serious concerns about Key's maturity and to a lesser degree Guice's. Key has way too many red flags for me.

It was probably injuries, but Guice looked a lot slower this year. He wasn't just running away from people like 2016. Also very concerned about the mental aspect of the game for him - pass protections/routes, etc.

Keep building the defense. If the playoffs taught us anything it’s that Brees can carry the offense when needed but the defense is still suspect. If they can pickup a slot receiver and TE in free agency, the Saints can spend the bulk of their draft picks on more defensive playmakers.

Fwiw Kiper doesn't have either one going in round 1 either. Neither one is in his top 25 players for now. Hard for me to believe that Key doesn't go in round 1 though with the premium teams put on pass rushers these days.

Guice might slip to the 2nd if teams aren't sure about his pass protection & receiving skills. Can't see him getting past 2nd round though. Even if has a shitty combine...the game tape doesn't lie. Pretty sure he was injured most of the year.

No way in hell Key makes it to the 2nd round. Even with a shitty combine...any team that runs a 3-4 will have him close to the top of their board. You have to overpay for QB, pass rush, & OT.

Agreed unless Kiper knows something we don't know about Key's extended absence last year. That's still a weird episode.

It's called injuries. Usually you don't play up to your full capability when you're on the field with them

You're a mouth breather
