Out of Hoover, Alabama. Ranked #1 at his position nationally in the 24/7 rankings. Put the full court press on him

To be honest...I'm not sure how accurate 247's rankings are with Kickers, punters, & long snappers.
Chrissailerkicking.com is a more trusted evaluation of specialists...as that is all they focus on.
For instance, in 2016 Connor Culp was a 3 star & the 7th ranked kicker in the nation by 247...which is obviously pretty dang good because they don't give kickers more than 3 stars. So, 247 was saying that he was one of the top kickers in the country...but we've all seen how that's worked out.
I'm sure Reichard is a solid kicker, but moral of the story is don't get too caught up in kicker rankings on 247

The point is we need a damn kicker. Kid is considered the best I think we should grab him and run with it

Sailer over values guys in his program. Don’t get me wrong, he has some good legs come through, but if you are going to rely upon a national scouting camp for accurate ranking of quality kickers, I would trust Jamie Kohl and his staff for better information.
As far as Will goes.... he is the real deal and I think we are good shape with him.
