I’m having trouble identifying on Coinbase. Any tips? I’ve tried a passport but it isn’t working

Are you having trouble entering the deposit information they use to verify your bank account?

Nope—after several deposits they asked me to take a photo of a picture ID and it keeps getting rejected

Some people have trouble on one platform but are successful on another platform (website vs app).

I had to do it several times. Not sure if it helps but make sure the whole id is visible. If taken in the small frame, parts get cut off. I backed off a bit so he whole id is visible in pic. Worked for me.
