Agreed. Teams playing on Thursday should be coming off a bye week.

I probably haven't watched a Thursday night game since the Cowboys beat the 13-0 Saints in 2009.

Game was on a Saturday. TNF still sucks

What injuries are less likely to happen because of an extra 2-3 days of recovery?

These guys take an absolute beating. Any significant reduction in their time to recover increases risk of injury. We are talking reducing the time by about 1/3.

Good points made regarding injuries.

Stupid points about “ boring games.”

Watch something else. It’s not like Broncos Colts was going to be a better game by being on Sunday.

I didn't like TNF before, but with the new camera angle, it's almost unwatchable.

The great Clay Travis has the solution, mates.

Cut one preseason game

Add extra bye week for each team

Bye before TNF for each team

Not rocket science, mates. Also allows you to play more foreign games, innit? Pip ho.

*Watches Thursday Night football* “This is stupid and needs to end!” Quit fricking watching and it will stop

So tired of these dumbass replies. I was simply making an observation. And, no, if I quit watching it won't stop.
