Of course, we need to take care of business Saturday night...and last night adds some incentive

BLUF - we win, we move up a minimum of two places...

But to ensure the level of chaos necessary (and who knows, 2007 happened)...a bunch of things need to happen...if the totally perfect storm hit, all the teams listed below would lose over the next two weeks...

As of 0630 CST 24 Nov...the first domino has fallen

Moo U lost the Egg Bowl ...

remaining dominos...

Auburn (Iron Bowl on Saturday...do we root for the forces of E-vil or not?)
Notre Dame at Stanford (go Cardinal)
Ohio State at Michigan (can the fighting Harbaugh's do something to help us)
Penn State at Maryland (miracle department?)
USCw (if they're playing in the PAC12 championship)
TCU at Baylor (not much of a chance there)
Washington State at Washington (one will go down)
Michigan State at Rutgers (the gods of chaos would really have to like us)
Washington (see Washington State above)

In order to get in, I think we need to end up at 11, because of UCF. I'm still not going to try to work out permutations for the minimum we'd need at this point...

I think your first sentence is the most important part and the only thing LSU controls. But yes much has to happen to get to the 6.

A real French moron...LSU does not deserve nor will they be deserving of a New Years Day bowl 2017.

Troy State wrote me these very words just this morning.

sorry rummy, but TCU is one of the teams in the way...at least to my imperfect visualization of the cosmic all...

Chaos.

Ole miss has to beat miss st
Bama has to blowout auburn.
LSU has to blow out A&M
Teams in the top 15 need to lose

The percentage of all that happening is so low

Just win baby. If we do that and let the chips fall where they may, there's nothing else you can do or ask for. 9-3 is a good season considering the obstacles this team had had to overcome this year. We should really be 10-2, and I believe if we played miss st again, at this point in the season, that game would be completely different. State always catches LSU early on and it is in their benefit.

Orgeron has done pretty well in his first season. I'm optimistic about the future of LSU football. Especially when we have an actual qb next season. It will be interesting.

There was a low chance of troy beating us too. It’s football man let’s just see what happens either way we have 10 win season upon us no matter the bowl if we beat A&M

LSU Win
State lose to Ole Miss
Alabama beat Auburn by 17 or more
Georgia beat Alabama in a close game

Georgia and Alabama make the playoff

LSU to Cotton

Possible. Not likely.

The losses to Ms St & Troy are losses partially due to inexperience and early season injuries that are often not taken into account when most people predict the season. I said 8-4 at the beginning not seeing us losing to State or an Ooc game. Happy with 9-3 regular season. No way we get a NY6 game though
