how is this guy still holding office? It's been over a year since he admitted to trying to hook up with a teen age boy he is under investigation by the FBI . LINK

Didn't he refuse to step down? If that's the case, then either his term will end, he will be recalled, or some sort of indictment followed by prosecution could lead to his removal. Until then, kinda stuck with him.

Because he refused to step down and the recall effort came up a few thousand signatures short. He'll be voted out at the end of his current term, if he even runs for re-election.

If that dude can’t be recalled, we need a new system for recalls. I know it shouldn’t be too easy, but damn, was there anyone besides a few family members who continued to support him after that story broke?
