The filing on the Secretary of State's website shows that it was created on January 17th. So this was apparently done just for his contract purposes. It shows him and his wife are the two members of the LLC.

People can create an LLC to incorporate themselves for a contract like this. The unique thing here is the name that O chose. He could have simply created an LLC that was named Coach Orgeron LLC.
