If Judas Priest and Iron Maiden are metal, it's almost certainly Halford or Dickinson.
I mean, Phil is one of the better cats singing in that lower, growling "bear voice" register, but comparing him to Halford or Dickinson would probably make him laugh.

A absolutely great frontman as a best singer no way not even in the top 100 there are tons of great singers in metal that blow anselmo out of the water male and female.not tons of great frontman or front women

That's fair - in that area, he is competing favorably with Halford, Dickinson, yes, even Ozzy - a GOAT candidate and difficult to imagine any metal fan over 30 years old not having him as a Top 5, or Top 8 (at worst).

I like all of the albums from Empire back to their first EP. Geoff Tate's voice was amazing back in the day. Not so much now. Anything after Empire was Shiite.
