Which one do you think locks down starting role by week 3?

Thompson IMO, if his injuries stay away.

Guy will have crazy good coverage skills for that position because of his history in the secondary and has a good bit of experience and maturity.

But I don't really care, just let the best man win.

Thompson will be in the starting role. Divinity will see tons of playing time though. Love this group they are gonna be able to get plenty of bodies in rotation without much if any drop-off between the 1s and 2s

Hope Divinity gets a shot this weekend but I have heard that he and at least 4 others will not be available for this weekend.

I think Thompson will play more passing downs. Being able to disguise him as a rusher or coverage guy will be a huge advantage. Then on goaline or short yardage that Divinity will get his shot. Both will play a huge role this season. Divinity has up'd his game because of the competition he has. Hopefully all our guys with high expectations can do this because at LSU you won't play just because you were highly ranked. You HAVE to prove yourself. Which is how it should be.
