Beach ball explanation, please

Out of town and couldn't watch game. What is story about a beach ball? One get loose on field or something?

Yes, right before we scored the tying and then go ahead runs.

Yes beach ball on the field stopped play. Next pitch was the single that started the error fest and scored the tying run

In the 8th Beach ball comes on the field of play in right field, right fielder throws it back into the stands, next pitch dups hits it into right field then errors galore happen for FSU.

I'm in a hotel in Barcelona. I feel sleep at midnight . I woke up at 2 and was compelled to listen to the game. So I laid there with the headphones on from the third inning on while my wife slept no made it as far as the end of the seventh inning. And fell asleep right before the eighth inning rally. I slept maybe 3 1/2 hours and am dragging arse but thrilled with the w.

The guy that threw the beach ball back into the stands made two errors on the same play to allow LSU to take the lead.

Thought it was funny when he threw the ball back into the stands, the announcer said something like, "the lsu fans are gonna love that guy". Then the guy messes up, leading to lsu winning.
