Agreed. 
Most of the stuff now is 1-2 years, parts and labor.
The service companies still want to charge $100 as "trip charge" and they take forever.

We used Brian Keith.
Pool turned out fantastic, kids and wife enjoy it and Brian has been very accessible for any questions or slight issues that have come up.
I created a thread a while back with pictures throughout the process. I'll look it for you.
