Tips? Sorry I searched but there are so many threads on wings I didn't see anything. TIA

Adjust oven rack to upper-middle position and preheat oven to 450°F. Add chicken wings and cook for 20 minutes. Flip wings and continue to cook until crisp and golden brown, 15 to 25 minutes longer.

Flour them the night before, place in fridge uncovered overnight on paper towels. This draws out all the moisture & the wings will be crispy crunchy

also can consider a 2part process. cook low and slow until the skin is very tender. then blast it off at 450-500F til crispy. chilling in between would probably even be beneficial.

Would you put flour on the wings if you're not frying them? I thought for the oven you just put the sauce on them?
Thanks for all the advice guys.
On a side note, any good ribs recipes? Sorry for all the questions.

Google Alton Brown's recipe. I think he steams them then blasts in a hot oven to crisp them up.
You got a smoker got your ribs?

No smoker. Going to either use the slow cooker on them or put them in the oven. Thoughts?

Need wire racks for sure.
Also read rice flour is great with a spray of oil on it.

Season them, wrap in foil and bake at 250 for 3 hours. Sauce and sear them on the grill or under the broiler after that.

+1 on using a rack above a sheet pan. Works great to crisp the skin, no coating needed. If you have convection, use the fan, it helps em get crunchy as well.
