No, because you can't put the fate of millions/billions of people in the hands of the fricking weather.
Without fossil fuels far more millions more would die than the made up number of 7 million.

I can't believe how stupid we are as a society. Obviously technology is saving a large number of people that Darwin should have taken care of long ago. Eliminating oil and gas may be the only way to get rid of stupid people.

I have issues with the government choosing winners and losers and wasting money.
I also have an issue with the fact that what happens over in those countries affecting legislation here and having zero impact over there.
Why are we expected to sacrifice when the true problems do not change?
