Out of those three, USAA... Check out PenFed. I just got 1.99

I used it. Tried to get a dealer to match the price in LA as the Jeep I had found in VA (exact same car but different colors). VA dealership had it for 6k cheaper. LA dealer only could come down 3.5k.
Shopped around for 6 months and never found a price close to it. I pulled the trigger and could not be happier

Just saw today that have auto loans for .75 rates today. I had an offer when I was printing out my new insurance car
