12 Man League, 2 QB, PPR, I'm picking 9th ** UPDATED, PLZ RATE***

Setup is 2 QB, 1 RB, 1 WR, 1 TE, and 3 Flex.
I have a keeper in the 5th round in Trent Richardson.
At #9, should I go ahead and take say Calvin Johnson and get the best WR or should I try and go Elite QB since I have to start 2, or I can load up at RB and take S-Jax, McCoy, or Forte at that spot.
Any advice, first year in this format.

I've never played in that format, but it is my understanding that it is most important that you get stocked up on qb's. I don't know what would be left at #9, but I would consider going qb with at least the first 2 picks.

If passing TDs are 6 points, you almost have to go QB, QB. If passing TDs are 4 points, I'd still go QB, QB so I wouldn't be stuck starting someone like Locker or Ponder every week.

That might be the worst format I've seen on here

Gotta go qb in that format.

QB TD's are 5 pts, where running back and WR are 7 pts + PPR.

Still have to go Qb to get one solid guy who gives you the option for 30 or 40 tds. You get stuck with 2 bottom dwelling starting Qbs and you're done fact.

I'm gonna try and get a top 5 guy but I don't want to reach for a Matt Ryan or Matt Stafford in round 1

In 2 qb leagues just from my experience in them. A guy w 2 low tier qbs never makes it anywhere. You can get away with having 1 bottom guy if the other is a stud and some good position players. If everyone is going qb crazy in the first then imo depending on who is there yiu have to follow and then the draft would resume as normal after. If the only top qbs left are the running qbs then I say go top position players. But if a Ryan or Stafford is there then you have to take that. That's 2 good potential 30-40 guys there. If not load up on position players and hope your qbs turn it on.

A lot of leagues are moving to a choose your own lineup setup.

QB,QB, and have as many QB as you can on your bench. pick up some back-ups that may have good value if the starter goes down.

We can only draft 2 QB's to prevent hoarding
