Chinese buyers snapping up expensive U.S. homes and paying cash

Protecting there net worth by buying hard assets in the rising US dollar. If they can rent the property out they really hit the jackpot.

I've sold 5 properties to Bulgarian investors this year, all in the same neighborhood.

Russian's and South American's are buying up the extreme pricey stuff though. that price in California doesn't sound all that high.

just a few 25 mil plus sales from some russians
