what did they decide splenda does to you now?

One girl I've heard from says she cut out Splenda 5 weeks ago because she's been experiencing random pain in different parts of her body. After quitting Splenda, the pains have gone away.

Another girl I just spoke with told me she lost 25 pounds after she quit using Splenda. She says it increases your cravings for sugar and carbs.

I quit Splenda about a week ago.. so we'll see what happens.

My wife has used Equal (aspartame) for many years and she has a degree in chemistry, works in a hospital and is in perfect health.

I use sugar in my coffee and drink 1 de-caff (but sugared) Coke every day. I don't eat candy, cookies, ice cream, cake or pie so I really don't consume enough sugar to worry about a substitute.

I understand in a study just released Aspartame
sits in the cells and makes them retain fluid
