Crawfish Ettouffee Cooking Time After the Tails are In

just a few mins for me too, better to put it in the fridge and eat it next day

I only cook crawfish after they have been peeled from a boil.....

So, sauce cooked..... Add tails and warm'em up - serve.

Who wants overcooked "seafood"

Like havin gumbo and bitin shrimp that crumble
