Fun place to karaoke in New Orleans or Metairie?

We know about Cats Meow but don't want to go to the Quarter. Seems like I heard about a place on Metairie Road that was fun.

There's a place on St. Claude in the Marigny called Kajun's Pub. But, have an open mind - a transgender owns and runs it. But, its a nice place to drink a beer and karoke is what its known for.

Well, my two suggestions were already mentioned. It should be noted that you can rent private karaoke rooms at Little Tokyo.

I've actually been wondering the same thing. I am all about some karaoke.
