Give us your best guess at zombie rankings for blops2

Treyarch left it a mystery on purpose. I'm higher ranked than my son, who is considerably better.

I played transit the other night with a guy who is in the top 100 rankings on headshots and we were the same rank.

I don't get it.

I dont even know how to check rank. do you have to play play public matches to get ranked? i only play transit with my buddies

knowing the history of these things. i doubt it's in any way accurate and will have to be patched.

I noticed that my emblem has turned into a skull.

that must mean I am some sort of bad arse when it comes to slaying zombies.

how do the zombies in blops2 compare? i haven't even played them yet. loved zombies in w@w [maybe for the novelty of it], felt "meh" about zombies in blops.

lot more to it.

there are different zombie gametypes now: tranzit, survival, and something else.


tranzit - you basically have the option to travel from zombie map to zombie map on a bus.

survival - same basic gametype.


weapons are generally BLOPS2 weapons but sometimes BLOPS.

Basically the same perks from the old one. Plus Tombstone(allows you to spawn with the weapons and perks you had once you die, once).


On Tranzit there are devices you can create to help you. You search the map looking for them and once all together create a device from a work bench.


It's pretty awesome.


....if your next question is: is zombies alone worth the $60?

I would answer: pretty damn close. you'll also get some value out of the campaign as well.

Each rank has 5 levels.

Single bone
Double bone
Skull
Skull w knife
Skull with shotgun
Skull with 2 shotty.

5th level of any skull gives you blue eyes

How to progress? Who knows

sweet. i have the game and love the multiplayer, just haven't given the zombies a try yet.

Zombies is more fun than multi IMO. The zombies are tougher too IMO.

Zombies in WAW, was about the storyline of the characters and the in game storyline. Zombies were part of the storyline.

Since WAW, it's been about gimmicking it out for easter eggs, and Zombies are just filler.

Remember in WAW, virtually every map, you had to look for clues, things to see, and each thing gave a glimpse into the story of how the zombies came about. They totally got away from it. I mean, for christs sake, they had buffy the vampire slayer as a character on there, and all you got, after hours of gimmick stuff, was a drunken nikoli yapping out a phrase from behind a door.

I can remember, people with a ton of theories on where the next Zombie maps were going, that Area 51 might be in play, etc

They waited 2 years

Playing the radio, shooting the bears, making the girl mad, her hell hounds attacking etc all parts of the storyline and zombie play.

The Easter eggs = the storyline.

It's a convoluted mess, but I dont really care.

I'm just here to shoot walkers in the face.

I just hope that there will be more variety in maps going forward. I don't want to play in a bombed out lava filled haze from here on out.

they need to bring back the fab 4

some of the best things about zombies were the quotes from the guys, as you played them and did certain things. Especially when ya chugged a perk bottle.

Well, Richtofen can't be a playable character for obvious reasons, but I agree for the most part.

I didn't care for the new characters in Tranzit. Their lines weren't very good as a whole.

Single game high performances have effect. Just jumped a full class including blue eyes because of a really good round on town (by my standards, rd 23)
