Oddly enough your posting name is something that I (if I was) a health inspector would think would see great evidence of on the site. The cleanliness just upon entering gives away that charm. Louisian has one of the worst records on health inspections of any state in the country. The "Court of Two Sister" has a live bird in the courtyard which is a source of salmonella, but it sits there as a result of politics.
