DB play in NCAA11

I tossed 7-8 or so picks in 4 games, which I totally agree with since I threw into coverage.
However, I've had PP burned 2-3 times with excellent coverage on long TDs and he's only caught 1 out of 10 which hit him right in the hands. His one INT was a Pick 6 though.
WTF is up with that?

Computer always seems to have "better hands" Try adjusting either their setting down or your up. I increased mine a bit (to 60) because I noticed the same discrepancy.

on another note, I turned up pass interference to 90 and I've still never had ONE called on either team - and I'm halfway through the second season
I've even tried to get it called by running in front of a reciver and then stopping, pushing him around, etc.... no call

they seem to call holding and clipping alot
one thing that confuses me is when they call clipping on a kick return or punt return how do you get called for clipping
but yeah me not being able to pick things frustrates me sometimes but my defense is still pretty good so i can deal with it

One of my favorite parts of this game is how you can actually see people hold unlike the other games where they just call it when they want type of thing.

In real life it happens all the time on punt returns, that's when its most common

I only play online, but PP is a beast. I basically always leave him to cover his guy with no help over the top and he rarely ever gets beat.

My guys all seemed to have stone hands, while Alabama on the other hand seemed to get a pick every time the ball was thrown in their direction.

when you block someone in the back you usually get called for illegal block in the back most clipping flags are thrown when you are block someone low on the line or block someone low when they are engaged

I hate it when a corner will circle around when the ball is thrown so that he is coming back to it, then jump in the air to make what you think would be an easy pick only to drop it. In my dynasty I edited PP to have a bit better hands and it still happens. I always have more picks in over the should basket catches than a simple jump ball

I'm the complete opposite. I'll always help out on his side, simply because i know I can always leave PP on an island and he'll almost always make a play.

In regards to user picks, guys are dropping those way more than last year.

switch to conservative catching in the gameplan thing - solved it for me
