I’ll be predator hunting for coyotes and bobcats this weekend. Has anyone had experience with how hogs react to a rabbit in distress call? We have some lone boars that are on an unpredictable pattern. I’m not sure if a cottontail call would bring them in or scare them away. Any input on hog response to an electronic caller?

Live rooster tied near the edge of a food plot. Be ready with the AR, that boar going to swoop in and grab and go.

typically hogs dont respond to the distress calls but we have had a few pop out to see what the fuss was about.

You can call hogs using hog sounds from an e-caller

Gotcha! I have the hog pro app via BT speaker, so might try a piglet squeal before the rabbit.

I killed a boar that came to a dying rabbit call and 1 that came to grunt call.Otherwise I’ve had no luck trying to call up pigs.
