Flood Traffic on I-10

Two lanes on I-10 east closed from Siegen to Highland exit. Looked like at least one lane closed westbound. Just a heads up for the rest of you AP baws heading that way in the morning since it looks like the rain isn’t stopping anytime soon.

Took me almost 2 hours to get from Gramercy to BR earlier. I wasnt a happy camper.
