Why does the Secret Service use deadly force?

We should retrain the Secret Service to shoot people in the leg. Why are they using deadly force?

Because you must destroy a gas stove when you see it.

The USSS does not use deadly force unless it is warranted... just like every single other law enforcement agency in the country.
