Exchange Server Outlook Calendar sync TO google calendar

What is the easiest way to do this?

Our email is self hosted on an exchange server. I absolutely have to have that outlook calendar sync to my phone. I would prefer for it to be synced to google calendar, but am open to using a 3rd party app if necessary.

Or...am i just going to have to go to outlook/office 365?
