He probably could not explain Ohm's law if he had to or sketch the transformer symbol.Does he know what rebar is ? Who is Xiden's science advisor ? The Energy secretary is not qualified to start a campfire much less explain how a graphite reactor works. We are in deep trouble. These are all flim flam people.
