According to this tweet. Lincoln Riley's deal is $110M with USC buying his old house for $1M over asking and private use of jet.
Assuming Kelly's deal is 10 years, SW went all in.

If that's true, I think it's certain that Woodward really wanted Riley. Once Riley and his agent made Woodward and LSU look like a fool, he offered a boat load of cash to the only coach that he knew would leave a major program. Brian Kelly is the furthest thing from a coach worth $15 million a year.
