I’m pretty happy but not what I expected. He seems like an odd fit and he’s too old but he’s a decent hire.

If 60 is your first concern about a coach, you probably don't know whole lot about anything else.

I’ll give him a chance. We don’t have to worry about him embarrassing LSU off the field. Him being 0-3 in NY6 bowls is concerning. 12 11 10 11 being his win total in the last four seasons is a bright spot.
His assistant hires are really going to be huge here. It’s a wait and see hire. Might end up being great or might end up being a disaster. Really hard to say. No one can sit there and really feel confident about this but at the same time I can’t imagine it being as bad as it’s been the past two seasons at LSU.

Not excited but will support.
I’m curious about the advantages of LSU vs ND. Sure LSU is in the SEC but ND has its own TV deal national exposure every week with all the history and nostalgia that goes with it.
