That could work, LSU definetely needs someone who can run with him. I pray that there are no mismatches where Harvin ends up with a LB covering him.

We're just going to tackle him every time the ball is snapped.

LSU could try to be physical with him at the line. Maybe jam him up at the line combined with a heavy blitz combo to disrupt the timing, but if he gets past the bump at the line it is over.

I'd put either Chris or Jai on him. I'd say match them athlete for athlete with Peterson, but I don't know how well that would work out.

I'm thinking Jai because I still want Chris to stay in regular coverage while moving Peterson to the other corner considering Murphy, Moore, and Thompson aren't utilized too much. Phelon hasn't seen significant enough time yet IMO, though he's looked good so far. Hernandez is just as big of a question as Harvin for me.

ya know in 03 our d-line batted down countless balls. our d-line needs to learn to do the same.

#44 all day on HARVIN!!!

On the real, I think we can get physical with him at the line to limit his ability to get in open space and throw off their rhythm!

Hearing how physically impressive Patrick Peterson is I would put him on Harvin and hit him at the line every play, to knock off the timing. This could keep the less physical Hawkins on the edge where he can use his athleticism and Eugene opposite Hawkins.

Or I think Eugene could also cover Harvin and jam him at the line.

I'm pretty sure when he lines up at RB our awesome defensive playcalling will put big 240lb Perry Riley on him
