Somewhat surprised at those who believe Woodward has had his guy locked in for weeks and Riley was never a target. It seems obvious SW went after a big target, got close, then lost. He’s not the wizard some believe him to be. Not sure it’s even fair to expect him to be. He’s a good AD, but was unsuccessful landing the fish he wanted. Move on. The next great football coach is out there. He’s not Nick Saban, but neither was Nick Saban 20+ years ago.
