What nobody is factoring in with USC

I'm sure it will come out later, but if the rumors are true that Riley wanted out of OU because of the Rattler situation and his agent began making calls, well who was the first program to fire their coach this year??

Yep, USC.

They had to have known what a head start would do and they probably knew that Riley liked the West Coast and he was already very familiar with the recruiting area (OU has gotten a lot of west coast kids lately).

Basically, USC came in first, made a great offer, and then LSU was probably just used a negotiating tactic.

I knew the Clay Helton firing was fishy that early, but now we all know why.
