The actions after that are inexcusable on both sides and as I posted earlier, she would most likely be breathing still had she stayed inside.

Nobody knows the reasoning here. I am not saying she gets a pass for hitting him, but I don't think they should follow her back to her home. It looks like she lives in the woods too.

Again, maybe she made a mistake, but it shouldn't have come to this.

How does she not know their intentions and that they aren't all together? Why are THREE men chasing down a woman after she hit one guy? You can't at least see things from her perspective at all? Even if she made a mistake and even purposely hit them? If they are willing to go to her home what's to stop them from entering it. She did not know these men. 3 men going after her certainly seems scary.

So even if she tapped them on purpose out of potential road rage she no longer has a right to defend herself against three guys chasing her down? I wouldn't do it, but if I did I think I would be pretty afraid of these guys and their intentions.

Go listen to the audio. She was saying, "leave me alone you are three men chasing me." And then he absolutely blasted her.

If anything I wish they either left or they both got blasted then. Again, he will always have the upper hand and knows he can chase down anyone who pisses him off, because even if a gun is pointed on him to leave, he has the upper hand and is willing to actually end it. Not a fan of this type of self defense. The kind you actively seek out the person, especially a woman. And we have yet to know what may have even started it all.

They shouldn't have came to her home. I just do not agree with that. And he shouldn't have blasted her after she told them to leave. She was saying leave, you followed me. They should have just left and let the police handle it. 2 lives lost here.
