Because we all know a scared woman holding and pointing a gun at someone isn’t a threat.

Look, this entire situation is shitty. Both people made huge mistakes and terrible decisions. What I think most people here are arguing for is the ability for people to protect themselves. Both ways.

Had she stayed in her home, she’s alive. Had he not followed her, she’s alive.

But why would this guy be trying to intimidate her if he’s on the phone with 911. This seems like he’s making sure the cops follow up.
