intentionally hit Andrew Derr, a 40-year-old motorcyclist, with a blue Kia that she was driving and then fled the scene

The hit and run occurred around 5 p.m. on Saturday and police described it as a "minor crash." Derr was not injured or ejected from his motorcycle, according to the police department.

The motorcyclists and other witnesses attempted to get Morales to pull over and followed her to her home, where she went inside and re-emerged with a handgun, which police said she pointed at Derr.

What all involved were doing before car hit motorcycle is left out and would like to know what started it in first place.

In another article the biker or other witness called police while following her and on line when shooting occurred.

I am not sure they should have pursued as aggressively as they did (but not sure they were on property it’s hard to tell where driveway and road are), she should not have come out and left house with gun and without calling police at any point like if she felt in danger and reason she didn’t stop after hitting biker.

Seems like multiple places this could have been avoided or handled less aggressively, and I really want to know if wreck was intentional or reacting to bikers bullying or harassing her. But at point of her coming at them with a gun and aiming it at person (if true) I don’t think biker needed to wait before defending himself.

Edit: biker was down on ground when police arrived not the body of the lady.
