That would limit cyclists to maybe 3 roads in the entire city to ride on.

It’s almost as if the city and state should add more bike lanes in certain areas to keep cyclists safer and allow motorists to not have to drive around them.

No thanks, Baton Rouge has WAY more frivolous things on which to spend their taxpayer dollars.
