So, does his red SUV have fresh bullet holes in the rear? That would be important for two reasons. 1. It would add further evidence against this a-hole. 2. If the officer couldn't hit a target as large as an SUV maybe that officer shouldn't be issued a gun because he'd be a danger to others firing into a crowded street.
