Landry and the other suing CMS might win their lawsuit, but that will not change shite. CMS might not be able to withhold funding because if the courts decide against them. However, CMS will always be able to "review" any facility or provider they want and challenge or deny claims. If any healthcare facility or provider that does not comply with the vaccine mandates then you can bet your arse that CMS will "review" them and start challenging claims and reimbursing at a lower level or rejecting claims all together. CMS cannot say shite about an employer approving or denying exemptions, but they can and will fiscally harm any institution/provider who does not comply with their demands and institute a mandate.
