Religious exemption

I believe that God gave humans a conscience to help us know right from wrong in a general way, as Martin Luther once said; to sin against conscience is neither right nor safe.
My religious beliefs and practices conflict with the Covid 19 vaccine. God is the creator. I believe that God is the higher authority and trust that in His infinite wisdom created the human body in His image with a body that will efficiently activate our immune system. The Covid 19 vaccine may have the ability to alter my body and immune system with its additives and directly goes against the belief in which as stated before, God has created an efficient immune system. He created the human body with a self protecting system.
It would be against God's teachings to receive and go against everything that I hold true and according to God's word in Acts 5.29 "We must obey God, rather than man. I am asking for your consideration in granting me the moral right of protection of my religious creed as stated by the Constitution ( ____'s own Equal Employment and Affirmative Action Statement of Policy.)
