Generac Battery

Will be installing a new Generac whole home generator next month. Looking for any recommendations for a battery to purchase or ones to stay away from. TIA

I put a duracell from sams in mine and its been fine.

If you are in BR, go to Wholesale Battery on Mammoth Drive and tell them what you have. They will know exactly what you need and the prices are reasonable.

It doesn't come with a battery???

Most take a 26R wet cell battery which can be purchased from an auto parts store.
