Yea "everyone takes a beating now and then" seems like a good precedence for a DA to set for the next spouse abuse case.

Yes, my dad was left-handed and the guns he bought later in life were all left-handed guns. His older guns from the '60s aren't. It used to be hard to buy left-handed guns but that changed a good 20+ years ago.

ARs are designed for right-handed shooters. For lefties, a brass deflector can be installed over the ejection port.

Even if that were true, which it isnt, the defense argument against the blur bomb photo is that Kyle would have had to shoulder and aim the rifle as a lefty, which he is not. The prosecution is stupid on multiple fronts.

Yep. If I were on a jury and truly believed the accused were guilty and the prosecutor said that, I’d vote Not Guilty just because I refuse to give that idiot a win.

You can buy left hand uppers pretty easily
For some guns you the ejection port can be switched easily. IIRC my Tavor X95 can be switched. I have to look at it again.

One of my first requests as a juror would be to have the defense provide info on left handed rifles vs right handed rifles?
Then say to the other jurors, if the ADA had to lie about this, he lied about everything.
