i will say I was very curious as to how Dave would handle offense but he seems extremely trusting of his OC and very hands off there.
basically, let your OC do his job.
and I'm quite sure Grimes is happy about that too.

And he realized what they were doing last year wasn’t working and quickly fixed it (in part by sending munoz back here lol)
