are you currently on test? if not the last thing you need to do is get on it for one test that was still decent. get mutiple test done and establish a trend.
how is your diet and training? if its not optimized, do that first.
sleep....optimize it
are you taking zinc, boron and a couple other test boosters? if not go that route if mutiple test show you are low.
test- doest cause rage. roid rage is a myth. steroids tend to amplify your current traits with the exception of halo, mtren and for some tren itself. Eq can cause anxiety. but test....nope especially when talking wihtin the normal range.
as far as where you should go
1) 447 is not low
2) if you wanted to do something....dont just go to 600, thats stupid and a waste of time.
3) if you want to do something, go to 900 and get your free test checeked, get a full female blood panel done and check gh levels.
Totally agree with this, waste of time going from 447 to 600, you will not feel any difference, perhaps a placebo.
In my experience (and many others), you will feel the difference being low (say 200 or less), you will feel a difference going from low to "normal/average", and you will feel a difference at high levels (say above 800). Trying to go from 447 to 600 with TRT is a waste of time/effort/money IMHO.
In addition to what lsu777 said, I would make sure healthy fats are in my diet, as they are a precursor to testosterone. I also notice a difference training with heavy weights, compound lifts, etc. When I optimized my sleep, added zinc/ZMA, added more healthy fats, lift heavy, I personally went from around 200 to 400+ on my own.
