I would go with the Weber Summit Kamado. I've got one and love it. Operates just like a ceramic kamado and is a lot lighter.

This instead of ceramic every time. If price is a concern, get a Weber Performer. The PK Grills will outlast everyone mentioned so far.

I am about to pull the trigger on this same grill. The only reason I haven't yet is I cant decide cart or no cart. Prices are soon going up, so I need to make a decision soon.

I really wanted the BigJoe III, but the thought of moving in a year has swayed me into the direction of the Weber Kamado. All are great grills, and I dont really think you will be mad if you go Primo, Big Joe or Weber Summit.

You can get a Weber Summit Kamado for $1049 that is the same size as the larger ceramics. A lot easier to move around too.
