Biden dictatorship tells small businesses to ignore the court injunction on mandates

This Presidency* continues its trend of basically telling the courts to F-off when they get in the way of their agenda. Frick those “grave constitutional concerns” the appellate court has.

On Monday, despite the court’s order, the White House said companies should proceed with President Biden’s vaccine mandate, which carries fines up to $700,000 on companies that do not comply.
“People should not wait,” White House Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters. “They should continue to move forward and make sure they’re getting their workplace vaccinated.”

Is it $700k max per company?
That honestly is low enough that for many it's worth it just to say frick it and pay up.

Of course, I hate these.
I'm merely speculating that some larger companies will just say "frick it" and pay up.
For a 20,000 employee chemical company etc it's definitely just easier to pay up. Than deal with some attrition, or early retirements etc.
In many businesses losing 1 employee can cost $100k or more.
We joke about refinery baws etc here.
But, if an experienced board operator retires early, it'll cost a good bit to train another baw up.

My employer has 28,000 employees worldwide. It would be easier to pay up. But they won't. They'll let purebloods test weekly.. for now.
They haven't gone all in on ESG yet. If I didn't work there it might be fun watching a plastics company bending over backwards for some of that woke hedge fund money.

It’s hilarious how they cripple these businesses but they want to help people. The cost is always passed down.

Play silly games, win silly prizes. Meanwhile, back on the farm... Julio and Juanita border crossers are exempt from said mandates and inoculation.

Yeah. This is just an attempt to pile-on.
Not necessarily saying it's deserving but him asking businesses to do something voluntarily isn't being a dictator.

Threatening to fine said businesses significant amounts of cash if they fail to enforced it say's you're wrong.

It would probably be cheaper to pay the fine than pay to create tracking systems and employees to run it.

Yet I haven’t seen anyone start impeachment proceedings.
Zero backbone.
Zero backbone.

What clause in Article II grants the executive power to mandate medical treatments? Asking for a friend.

You talking about that old document that has been ignored for a long time?

Yes. I have found no expressed powers for medical mandates in any of its articles.

Have you found any expressed power for Congress handing away their powers to the executive? I looked and could not find that either...
