As the days get shorter and we are getting less exposure to the sun, make sure you are supplementing vitamin D. It decreases the severity of Covid infections. I don’t want any of you guys getting complacent.

Or just get into the gym and go outside. Has shite to do with vax/unvax and more to do with just being healthy and living long enough to see your grandkids grow.

My wife and I both take vitamin D supplements each day and have been doing it since before covid started. Neither of us have caught it. We even were at Disney the week before they shut down, been around her dad AND brother who had it, the photographer who came to our house to take newborn pics of our daughter was diagnosed the day after, and my wife’s best friend came to the house for Christmas and was diagnosed the next day and we still haven’t caught it.

Either we have super human immune systems or vitamin D works!
