BMAQ SPAC - Crypto play

Since SPAC’s and Crypto are hot like Hansel from Zoolander, May peak a few MB penny flippers interests. Team has some long track record success. No inside knowledge of anything, just may be something to keep an eye on. Warrants are extremely cheap on this one.

Probably important to note that those warrants are 2:1. Interesting play here, maybe worth a lotto position.

so its 2 warrants for 1 share and 11.50 to exercise them. sounds bad but i might start a small position in hopes it moons on hype

Actually that is pretty good for a spac…
I looked and this one includes 1/10 common with the 1/2 share I believe…
Also 12 month trigger instead on typical 24 month

Where do y’all see the info/prices for warrants? Don’t see it on seeking alpha or yahoo, curious what platform is best for such info on new SPACs and other listings.

Also, you can buy rights (BMAQR) which give you 1/10 of a share. Of course, if the SPAC doesn't do a merger or acquisition within 12 months, they expire worthless. However, they are trading at 34 cents right now, so $3.40 per share would be the cost at the moment. Could be another route for a lotto play.

What do you think is the smarter play here? Buying the rights or warrants? Would come out to paying around $3.40 a share versus $12.68 per share with the warrants at the current pricing. Of course you also have the higher time decay with the rights and the possibility of them expiring worthless.

Never really fiddled with rights so I just bought warrants

Got ya. Neither have I but I might dip my toes in it. Apparently, ten rights are converted to one share upon completion of a merger/acquisition, assuming it occurs within twelve months. The rights are also down today while the warrants are up.
