bullshite. There has NEVER been OSHA precedent declaring flus contracted from coworkers as an occupational hazard. Further, by the CDCs own admission, the vaccine does NOT stop spread and contraction. In fact, the ADA ensures that HIV patients are considered disabled and do not have to legally disclose their illness to coworkers or managers.

It’ll get struck tf down if it isn’t totally bungled.
