No, they know has no chance of re-election and especially Kamala. This is why they were selected, no re-election potential, so the people running the WH and all the exec branch are going full bore fascism, marxism, and identity politics and get as much power baked into the executive branch as possible. They don't care about re-election if they can grab this power now, it is there forever.
