There are no teenage Millennials at this point. The Millennial generation is roughly early/mid 1980s to about 1997, 2000 at the absolute latest. Pew Research Center uses 1981-1996.
ETA: The "Millennials" that people bitch about today are actually Gen Z.

This is my personal definition, but it may also help to differentiate Millennials from Zoomers: If you started Kindergarten AFTER 2000 (the Millennium), you are a Zoomer. So, in essence, Millennials were the last generation to start school PRIOR to the start of the new Millennium. (Gives the term "Millennial" a definition that matches it.)

This. It’s like people think we’re still in 2003.
The people who bitch about “muh Millennials” when referring to high school kids and early twentysomethings don’t actually understand the generational division lines, and are usually bitching about Gen Z (which is basically the revolving door of “kids these days”).
Conversely, I saw a lot of “okay Boomer” (when that was a thing) directed at people in their 50s, who are actually Gen X.
